At Carlos Ostrej Design, we focus on offering our clients innovative design solutions for private homes and multifamily residential projects, corporate interiors, healthcare offices, commercial architecture and more. Our design philosophy is based on our global perspective and international design experience. Technology,  budget, aesthetical aspirations as well environmental concerns and solutions are components of the design process towards the final solution. We bring to this process the highest quality of design for every project, both large and small, where consideration of our clients’ goals and budget are ever present in this collaborative work environment. Our design philosophy is rooted in traditional design elements of proportion, geometry and harmony used in conjunction with the latest technology and materials for the project, in a budget conscious approach. We strive in the most effective communication with our clients using state of the art 3D visualization software. Our office uses Building Information Modeling technology for a streamlined process through completed construction.

Our collaborative approach to design is complimented with alliances with remarkable professionals of different design disciplines such as Engineers, Interior Designers, Builders, in what can be called a “boutique” format, with dedicated, personal attention to projects and the needs of our clients. We always aim to reach a strong design concept, while keeping close attention to construction technology, sustainability and environmental considerations and within budget.

We work in a BIM environment (Building information Modeling, Revit Architecture) insuring efficient communications between the team members, engineers, contractors, government agencies and clients using real-time 3D imagery.

Carlos Ostrej is a graduate of the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. His background and initial practice include work with prestigious international firms such as the renowned A.U.A., Atelier d’Urbanisme et Architecture in Paris, and the firm of Renzo Piano-Peter Rice for projects in France and Italy which have marked his tendencies and approach to architecture.

We are currently licensed in the States of Florida, Georgia and New York and are certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, NCARB.
